Today's peaceful Walloon Brabant countryside has, hidden in its green valleys, some extraordinary architectural and cultural heritage, bursting with creativity, and some great hours of glory! The must-see sights include the ancient Cistercian abbey at Villers-la-Ville, the Folon Foundation at La Hulpe, whose exhibits will take you on a fantastic imaginary journey, and, of course, the battlefield where Napoleon's Empire met its epic end at Waterloo.
